At Serenithé, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tea products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in accordance with the following refund and return policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, accident, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used tea products or consumables.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged).
- If the item was purchased using a promotional discount, the refunded amount will reflect the promotional price.
4. Exchanges
